25 November 2025 12:59
Today, 12th-grade students of Aktobe NIS took part in an educational excursion to Public Service Center No. 2.
The excursion was part of lessons on digital literacy within the framework of the NIS Program.
Senior students explored how government online services operate, the opportunities provided by digital platforms, and how to safely use electronic resources.
As part of the program, students learned the basics of copyright and digital law, online safety rules, ways to obtain electronic certificates and documents, as well as the features of personal accounts and digital identification.
Additionally, students practiced requesting certificates via online services, working with digital signatures (EDS), and preparing reports on completed tasks, developing their skills for confident use of digital tools.
During the excursion, students observed processes such as citizen reception, document processing, the operation of digital terminals, and compared traditional and electronic formats of service delivery.
This hands-on experience helps students safely manage personal data, enhances their digital competence, and prepares them for adult life, where online services are an integral part of daily routines.
