Fathers’ Club: Together in Traditions and Values

On the eve of Tourism Day, as part of the dormitory’s Fathers’ Club initiative at Nazarbayev Intellectual School, an engaging outdoor event was held with the participation of ninth graders and their fathers.

The event, aimed at promoting national values, brought fathers and children together through traditional activities such as butchering a sheep, chopping firewood, and fishing. There were also friendly competitions in tug-of-war, kettlebell lifting, and target shooting — testing participants’ strength and agility.

This gathering, reflecting the folk wisdom “Like father, like son,” became an important lesson in hard work, family values, and respect for national traditions for the younger generation.
