As part of the "Generational Continuity" project in the field of educational work, organized by the Asyl and Samuryq shanyraqs, a master class was held with the participation of our students' grandmothers on the topic "The History of Dishes: A Tasty Path of Traditions." The event aimed to honor national cuisine and promote traditional handicrafts.

During the event, the grandmothers shared the secrets of preparing traditional Kazakh dishes such as zhent, kurt, and kyzyl irimshik, highlighting their nutritional value. They also demonstrated the art of making kuraq korpe (patchwork quilts) and decorative pillows, as well as the process of spinning camel and sheep wool, explaining the meaning and benefits of working with a spindle.

The students of the shanyraq performed songs and kyuis for the guests, and the grandmothers were awarded certificates of appreciation.

The master class was conducted under the guidance of Aisana Kassen and Zaida Tashkinbayeva, the pedagogical curators.
