Experience dissemination department of AEO “Nazarbayev Intellectual schools”
The experience dissemination Department plays an important role in the implementation of the Development Strategy of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools"-2035 and ensuring the experience dissemination for the secondary education system as a whole.
Our main tasks include consolidating and coordinating the transfer of the organization’s experience, including the experience of Intellectual Schools, the Center of Excellence, the Center for Pedagogical Measurements and the Center for Educational Programs.
Development and adaptation of educational programs: The Center for Educational Programs is developing modern educational programs that meet the requirements of modern education and innovative teaching methods. These programs are adapted and transferred to other educational institutions in the secondary education system. The center provides training to teachers of flagship schools in subject knowledge, research skills and functional literacy.
Support for teaching staff: to ensure successful transfer of experience, it is important to provide support and professional development for teachers. The Center of Excellence organizes advanced training courses, training events, seminars and master classes, where teachers can exchange experiences and learn new teaching methods. Intellectual schools in each region of the country conduct internships on the basis of their schools on school management, use of modern equipment, demo lessons, and also visit flagship schools to provide methodological support.
Creation of educational resources: for effective experience transfer, it is necessary to create educational resources, including educational materials, online courses and teaching aids. These resources can be made available to a wide audience of teachers and students.
To support teachers, a Bank of methodological resources has been created on the portal https://tt.nis.edu.kz/, which is replenished with the most effective materials that have been tested in practice at flagship schools. Each flagship school has its own account to provide quantitative and qualitative data in order to analyze the current situation in the school.
The website “System-methodological complex” https://smk.edu.kz/ contains the largest library of resources for effective teaching.
Monitoring and evaluation of results: the Department monitors the effectiveness of the transfer of experience and the implementation of educational programs in flagship schools. This includes evaluating the results and adjusting the experience translation strategy if necessary. The Center for Educational Measurements monitors student achievement and functional literacy levels, provides detailed reports on each student, and trains teachers to use monitoring results to improve teaching.
Partnership and collaboration: the Department actively interacts with other educational organizations and government agencies to promote the implementation of best practices in the country's secondary education system. Memorandums of cooperation were signed with the PF "Qazaqstan Halkyna", PF "Fund for Sustainable Development of Education" (FURO), stable relations were established with methodological offices and educational authorities in the regions. The Department of Student Welfare and the Department of Educational Work assist flagship schools in implementing educational and social projects for students.
Research and Innovation: to continuously improve the educational process, the department analyzes the latest trends, research and innovations in the field of education, which allows to find new methods and approaches to teaching to provide methodological support to flagship schools.
Today there are all conditions for creating a professional alliance of flagship schools with a powerful transformation of the educational environment, with new creative methods and teaching approaches.
The department’s work on transferring experience is of strategic importance for improving the quality of education and training qualified specialists in the secondary education system.
Projects on transfer experience continue successfully, have a positive response in Kazakh society and serve as a good example of the synergy of efforts of the state, business and education in improving the quality of knowledge of Kazakhstani schoolchildren.
