Students of NIS Aktau won two awards at the international robotics championship

At the international competition "First Robotics Almaty Tech Cup 2025 - Central Asia FIRST Championship & Drone Racing" held in Almaty, two teams from Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Aktau became winners.

The theme of this year's championship was "Exploring Water Resources and Preserving the Marine World." Over 3000 students from 10 countries participated in the competition, with 120 teams presenting their projects.

The teams from Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktau were awarded among 120 teams: the S7 Alpha team won the Breakthrough Award, and the S7 RobOcean team received the Help Hand Award.

✅ Project of the S7 Alpha team:
OE2S (Ocean Eco Safe System) — an innovative solution to protect marine ecosystems. The project aims to study marine biodiversity, prevent pollution, and restore ecosystems.

✅ Project of the S7 RobOcean team:
WM (Water Monitoring) — a device for monitoring water quality based on Arduino. It collects data on temperature, humidity, and precipitation, helping to predict the ecological situation through data analysis.

The Central Asia FIRST Championship is one of the prestigious international competitions aimed at increasing youth interest in science and engineering. The achievements of Aktau students are a clear testament to the rapid development of innovative education in Kazakhstan.
