Aizere Seitjan, a student of NIS in Aktau, received a full grant to study at New York University in Shanghai. New York University in Shanghai is the most popular higher education institution among Chinese and international students. It is among the top 100 universities in the world and is ranked 20th in the "ranking of Chinese universities" list. It should be noted that Aizere, through the FLEX exchange program, received a 1-year U.S. education in Mississippi. Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) is an exchange program for high school students implemented by the U.S. Department of State.
