Rasul and Aisultan’s project uses Virtual Reality (VR) technology to open up new opportunities in the real estate and education sectors. Potential buyers can explore apartment interiors and room layouts using VR headsets.

The project has already digitized over 100,000 square meters and generated more than $10,000 in revenue within just one month. Additionally, a pilot program has been launched for 22 schools, reaching nearly 20,000 students. This project secured first place at the TechCup 2022 competition.
