On the 85th anniversary of Abish Kekilbayev, at the initiative of the school principal, an open lesson on Kazakh language and literature, mathematics, and physics was held at the regional historical and cultural museum. The lesson was based on the novella Shyngyrau.

During the lesson, the linguistic features, stylistic elements, and genre characteristics of the writer were analyzed in the Kazakh language subject. Efforts were made to understand his position through the author's creative approaches.

From the perspective of mathematics, questions such as "How much soil did Yensep move while digging the well?", "How many stones were laid in the well?", "What is the size of all the boulders?", and "How much water can fit in the well?" were discussed. Additionally, calculations were made using traditional Kazakh units of measurement (suyem, karys, kulash, arshin, etc.).

In physics, students raised questions like "How do we determine atmospheric pressure at the bottom of the well?", "What is atmospheric pressure?", and "Under what conditions does it change?". These questions were explored through experiments, helping students understand physical phenomena through the position of Yensep in the well.

During the event, students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the everyday life, culture, and traditions of the Kazakh people through the work of Abish Kekilbayev.

💡They expanded their knowledge about the presence of underground water in the most overgrown areas, explored ideas for solving the drinking water problem through well digging and the use of spring sources.

The lesson was organized by:

- Kazakh language teacher Aygul Aytan

- Mathematics teacher Svetlana Ozgan

- Physics teacher Anar Berdibekova.
