NIS summarized the results of the international competition «Caspian Startup-2022»

The results of the international startup competition "Caspian Startup-2022" were summarized at the Intellectual School of Aktau.More than 120 projects from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan were submitted to the traditional contest in 2022. All of them are aimed at creation and promotion of profitable startups, as well as formation of startup culture, attraction of investors, protection of intellectual property.The participants of the final round presented IT-startups for successful life, in the nominations "School of the Future", "Solving Social Problems", "Tourism".- Every year the number of projects, the very names of which confirm the civil position and global responsibility of the authors, is growing, that is why we dedicated Caspian Startup-2022 to social topics, - emphasized the director of the Intellectual School of Aktau Asel Beisembinova.The strongest authors defended their projects before the authoritative jury, which included professionals from different spheres: business, education, medicine, IT and other industries.For the first time Demo Day was held in parallel with "Caspian Startup-2022", which united the participants of the new project of Intellectual Schools and the international technology park of IT-startups. During three months, NIS students underwent online training in Astana HUB, developed their own projects together with mentors, and the authors of the most promising ones came to Aktau to demonstrate and defend their achievements. A series of master classes from Astana HUB was also in demand at the Demo Day site. At the very first master class, schoolchildren pondered over the main question "What is a startup and technological entrepreneurship?" together with Nazira Izbasar, Senior Manager of the Office of Educational Programs.- It was as if I had returned to my native environment, to my family," said Nazira, who graduated from the capital's Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in 2015.With the support of Astana HUB and the National Institute of Intellectual Property, a large-scale training was organized for the participants of the final round of Caspian Startup in Aktau, with interactive sessions and master classes dedicated to business communications, STEM-education, programming, copyright, biotechnology, pharmacology, alternative energy and many other demanded priorities.Many other demanded priorities of today. The logical continuation of the successful cooperation between NIS and the international technopark of IT-startups was the conclusion of the Memorandum signed by Rustam Abilov, Director of the Department of Intellectual Schools Development, and Dzhambul Makhmetov, Managing Director of Astana HUB.Arman Zhalgasbaev from Aktobe Intellectual School was named the winner of the international competition "Caspian Startup-2022" for his project "Dioth.tech". In his native NIS Arman, the winner of the republican competition of scientific projects, multiple winner of network Olympiads in physics, was recognized as the best student by the results of the academic year.The second place went to the star team of Kokshetau consisting of Asanali and Diasali Karim, Zharasar Daulet and Dilnaz Taspulaeva, authors of the Komek App project.Bronze went to Aktau, the heroes of the day were Rakhat Abatov and Myrzaali Asanov, whose project "Blind-Klavish" is dedicated to social adaptation of people with disabilities.Among the projects presented on the Demo Day platform, the best projects were named the projects of the Urals NIS (team "WEST": Adelya Shaukeneva, Ernur Nasikali, Abylai Mametan, Almas Saparov, AzamatOrazgali) and the team of two Intellectual Schools of Shymkent (team "Colight": Zinaenur Islam, Kadirzhan Lutfullaev, Nariman Isaev, Akbota Sarsembekova). Astana HUB will provide the Demo Day winners with financial support for the realization of their projects.Arman Zhalgasbaev, the Kokshetau team, and NIS Aktau representatives Diana Kuvanbai and Danil Mukhalev (SenimPlus Robot Therapist project) were awarded grants from the Kazakhstan-British Technical University. The authors of the best projects were also awarded grants from the S. Utebaev Atyrau Oil and Gas University and the Sh. Esenov Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering.More than 150 schoolchildren and teachers of Mangistau region sat at the summer school from NIS and Astana HUB, for whom trainings and master classes on formation of startup culture and digital literacy were prepared.Excursions to sacred places of Mangistau region, psychological trainings, creative master classes and sports games were organized for all participants of "Caspian Startup-2022". A real delight was the bauyrsak-party, where the future stars of business and IT sphere fried the main delicacy of each dastarkhan themselves.
