Leaders of the Intellectual Schools discussed the transition to a new leadership model

As part of the traditional August meeting of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools taking place in Aktau, certified business trainer, psychologist, and accredited trainer-instructor of the ICBT International School, Lyudmila Serikbayeva conducted the course "Leadership 360: Effective Communication at Heights."

During the course, the directors and their deputies from the Intellectual Schools discussed issues related to enhancing leadership competencies and improving effective communication skills.

Business games were also held, and situational questions were analyzed. Participants explored the transition to a new model of leadership, contemporary challenges and trends in management, and the role of leaders in conditions of rapid change.

School leaders emphasized the importance of the theory and practice acquired during the course in working with colleagues, parents, and students.

It is worth noting that the traditional August meeting of NIS will begin its work on August 23.
