Students of the NIS dormitory in Aktau met with actors of the Mangystau Regional Musical Drama Theatre named after N. Zhantorin — Zhantileu Bolatuly and Erkebulan Ibrakhimuly. The event was organized as part of the project “Zhanynda zhür zhaksy adam.”

Zhantileu Bolatuly and Erkebulan Ibrakhimuly are well known for portraying the roles of Abai and Kunanbay.

During the meeting, students asked questions and learned more about the intricacies of the acting profession. The actors spoke about backstage life, acting skills, character development, and shared their future plans.

— NIS students regularly attend performances at the N. Zhantorin Musical Drama Theatre. March 27 is celebrated as World Theatre Day. Therefore, we invited theatre actors as guests to mark this special occasion. I believe that discussions about theatre culture and performance genres gave students much to reflect on, — said dormitory supervisor Saira Yerkebaikyzy.
