Raiymbek Akkoluly, a graduate of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktau from the 2019–2020 academic year, currently provides jobs for 10 people in the Mangystau region, according to the school’s press service. About a year ago, the graduate opened his own detailing center and began employing local residents.

Raiymbek Akkoluly is a native of the Beineu district of the Mangystau region and a 2020 graduate of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktau. In 2024, he graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Chemistry. Taking a different approach to his professional field, in 2025 he co-founded the “ABS Detailing” car care and chemical cleaning center in Aktau together with his partner, Bauyrzhan Aldiyarov. He is married and the father of one child.

According to the entrepreneur, services such as car interior chemical cleaning and the application of protective coatings are in high demand among drivers in Aktau. The key factor, he says, is providing high-quality service. Together with his partner, he is constantly working to improve the company’s standards. Currently, the business provides regular salaries for 10 employees. Within the next six months, the young entrepreneur plans to create an additional 5–10 jobs.

“We have not yet reached profitability. However, our current goal is to improve the quality of our services and ensure that our employees receive full salaries in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the future, we hope to expand our team and contribute to the economic development of the region,” says the young entrepreneur.

It should be noted that over its 11-year history, the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Aktau has graduated 941 students. Many of them have already completed their university education, entered the workforce, and begun contributing to the country’s development.

“For us, it is important that our graduates contribute to the country’s prosperity. It is encouraging to see them working in various fields, including in the Mangystau region. Currently, 11 graduates of our school are already working as teachers at the Intellectual School,” said the school’s principal, Rinat Zhumabayev.
