A regional forum titled “Young Teacher: The Path to Success” was held at NIS in Aktau. It was organized by the Mangystau Region Department of Education and the Aktau branch of the Pedagogical Excellence Center of the “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” AEO.

The forum aimed to support the professional development of young teachers, create opportunities for sharing experience, and discuss modern trends in education.

The program opened with a motivational session in the TED Talk format, followed by master classes led by teachers from across the region. During the event, participants discussed the role of artificial intelligence in education, the development of functional and reading literacy, inclusion, teachers’ professional stability, and psychological support.

“The ideas shared at the forum about using artificial intelligence effectively, developing functional literacy, supporting students in an inclusive environment, and maintaining teachers’ professional stability were very valuable to me. I was especially impressed by the notion that artificial intelligence does not replace the teacher but only serves as a supportive tool. These discussions inspired me with new ideas and gave new momentum to my future work,” said forum participant, teacher from the Munaily district, Zhanbi Sultan.
