In the National Olympiad in Geography and Mathematics for grades 9-11 (12), held in Almaty, Damir Nurlanov, a student of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Aktau, took 1st place in Mathematics and won the gold medal!

Over the course of five days, 324 top students from all over Kazakhstan participated and tested their knowledge in both theoretical and practical rounds. The Olympiad winners were awarded I, II, III degree diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, as well as gold, silver, and bronze medals.

We wholeheartedly congratulate Damir on this remarkable achievement! His victory is the result of hard work, perseverance, and outstanding education. We wish him success in reaching even greater heights in the future!

The NIS team won 14 gold, 9 silver, and 5 bronze medals.
