Announcement on holding a competition for the provision of a classroom for property lease (rental) located at Building 16, 33rd Microdistrict, Aktau, at the Branch of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Aktau.
The Branch of the “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Aktau” of the Autonomous Educational Organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” (hereinafter – the Branch) announces a competition for the provision of a classroom for property lease (rental) located at: Building 16, 33rd Microdistrict, Aktau.
The total area of the classroom No. 5-302 offered for lease is 43.7 sq. m.
Lease term: from March 02, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
Lease hours:
– on weekdays (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 18:00 to 19:00;
– on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) from 11:00 to 12:00.
The premises are provided for lease together with property in accordance with the designated purpose of the non-residential premises – individual consultations.
A potential tenant has the right to choose the time and days of lease within the period and hours specified in this announcement when submitting an application for participation in the competition. The selected time and days must be indicated in the application.
The hourly rental fee must not be lower than the calculated rental cost specified in Appendix 1 to this announcement.
The rental payment for the first month shall be made within 3 (three) working days from the date of signing the Agreement by the Parties.
In subsequent months, the rental payment shall be made by the third day of each month.
On a monthly basis, the Tenant must provide a certificate of services rendered.
If in the current month the Tenant did not conduct individual consultations, no rental payment shall be made, in accordance with the submitted certificate of services rendered.
Applications from potential tenants shall be submitted in sealed envelopes from 10:00 a.m. on February 10, 2026 until 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2026 to the Competition Organizer at the following address:

The meeting of the Competition Commission for opening the envelopes with applications will be held at 14:00 on February 26, 2026 at the same address, 3rd floor, conference hall.

Application Requirements
To be considered for leasing the property, potential tenants shall submit an application in a sealed envelope containing the following documents:
For legal entities – an application signed by the head or an authorized person and sealed (if applicable). The application must be stitched, pages numbered, and the last page certified by signature and seal (if applicable).
For individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity – an application signed by the head or authorized person and sealed (if applicable), stitched, numbered, and certified on the last page.
For individuals – a signed application in a sealed envelope, stitched, numbered, and certified by signature on the last page.
The application shall indicate:
Contact details, including name, legal address (for legal entities), ID number (for individuals), residential address, and bank details of the potential tenant;
Purpose of lease;
Lease term (time of lease);
Confirmation that the potential tenant has reviewed and agrees with the draft Standard Agreement and these Rules;
Proposed rental fee (which must not be lower than the established minimum rental cost);
Technical specifications and other proposals, including proposed investments and works for separable and inseparable improvements of the premises, etc.
Documents Attached to the Application
Notarized copies or certificates obtained from the eGov.kz portal:
For legal entities:
– notarized copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) or electronic certificate from www.e.gov.kz;
– document confirming the right to carry out relevant activities (if required);
– certificates confirming that the individual has no criminal record and is not registered with narcological or psychiatric dispensaries.
For individual entrepreneurs:
– notarized copy of the document confirming the right to conduct entrepreneurial activity;
– certificate of state registration as an individual entrepreneur (if available);
– identity document;
– certificates confirming no criminal record and no registration with narcological or psychiatric dispensaries.
For individuals:
– notarized copy of identity document;
– address certificate from eGov.kz;
– certificates confirming no criminal record and no registration with narcological or psychiatric dispensaries.
On the front side of the sealed envelope, the potential tenant must indicate:
Full name and postal address of the potential tenant;
Name and postal address of the Competition Organizer (as indicated in the announcement);
Name of the competition for which the application is submitted.
Submission of an application constitutes the consent of the potential tenant to lease the property in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the competition documentation.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Grounds for Rejection of an Application:
Provision of false information;
Non-compliance with the announcement requirements;
Failure of a previous winner to conclude and/or fulfill the Agreement;
Improper fulfillment of obligations under a current Lease Agreement;
Inclusion in the register of unreliable participants of public procurement;
Affiliation with another potential supplier who submitted an application for this competition (lot).
Rejection on other grounds is not allowed.
Rights of a Potential Tenant:
To receive information about the leased property free of charge;
To inspect the property in advance;
To withdraw the application in writing one day before the competition.
Determination of the Winner
The winner shall be determined by the Commission through voting using a 5-point evaluation system in accordance with the selection criteria specified in the competition documentation. The applicant with the highest score shall be recognized as the winner.
Selection criteria:
Rental cost;
Lease term;
Proposed investments and improvement works.
If there are other applications for the remaining available time slots, multiple winners may be determined.
