The focus of the Board of Trustees: supporting and developing the educational process

An online meeting of the School Board of Trustees was held in Almaty NIS of chemical and biological direction

The meeting was held by the school administration - NIS Director M. Zamirbekkyzy and her deputies Kyzdarbekova L.T. and Sabyrkhanova Sh.O. NIS Director Maslikhat Zamirbekkyzy opened the meeting with an introductory speech, introduced the members of the Board with the latest achievements of the Intellectual School, dwelled on the nearest strategic plans. It was noted that the main events of the current year will be held within the framework of the 10th anniversary of the school.

The Board of Trustees of the school includes:

- Mansurov Zulkhair Aimukhametovich. - Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi;

- Togizbaev Galymzhan Asylbekovich - highly qualified rheumatologist, doctor of medical sciences, chairman of the board of rheumatologists of Kazakhstan, president of the Eurasian League of Rheumatology, professor;

- Baikoshkarova Saltanat Berdenovna - highly qualified reproductologist-embryologist, Doctor of Biological Sciences, founder and scientific director of the Network of Reproductive Medicine ‘ECOMED’, public figure;

- Akshanov Nurlan Sagyndykovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board of OTBASY BANK JSC;

- Gabdullin Maratbek Tulebergenovich - Rector of Kazakhstan-British University;

- Kurganbaeva G.A.- Chairman of the Board of Trustees, CEO of online academy Ulttyq Ustaz, President of Alem University.

 And also the Principal of the Intellectional school M.Zamirbekkyzy.

Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees Gulmira Amanzholovna dwelled on the main issues of the internal work of the Board and offered her vision of structuring the body.

The Board of Trustees discussed the development of the educational process, improvement of the material and technical base of the educational institution and the main areas of work for the current year.

Representatives of the scientific community, stressing the importance of academic learning within the school curriculum, also noted the need for closer cooperation between the school and universities, profile organisations, expressed their willingness to provide career guidance support, assistance in involving students in scientific practice and organising internships in medical centres, laboratories of KazNU, KBTU:

- This approach will help them to decide on their future profession, work with modern research, with scientific projects, develop critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as learn and improve their skills in writing articles for scientific journals, - said the rector of KBTU Maratbek Tulebergenovich.

 According to the agenda other organisational issues were considered.

 The Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees was again unanimously elected CEO of Ulttyq Ustaz online academy, President of Alem University G.A. Kurganbaeva.
