Among the winners is 12th-grade student Enlik Bakhytbekova, a multiple prizewinner of the international olympiads "TUYMAADA" and the Mendeleev Olympiad.

– I really enjoy chemistry, it's connected to everyday life, and if you delve into it, you can discover very interesting things for yourself. With each participation in olympiads, I uncover new aspects of this subject. In the future, I think I will link my profession to chemistry, — shared Enlik.

Enlik Bakhytbekova's mentor, Sholpan Abisheva, the holder of the title "Best Teacher of Kazakhstan 2022," notes her student's hard work:

— Enlik chose chemistry from the start and continues to improve her knowledge every year. Of course, participating in olympiads requires hard work, and each victory is the result of that effort. I have high hopes for her future. She always sets high goals for herself, knows how to make a clear plan, and, by following it, quickly and efficiently achieves her objectives. Enlik was an expert at the Kazakhstan Subject Olympiad in 2023. Besides chemistry, she also successfully participated in interdisciplinary olympiads in mathematics, geography, and biology, where she won first places, and she is the author of scientific projects. She has studied over one hundred and fifty scientific papers and mastered methods for researching the properties of materials.

The gifted student conducted scientific research last summer together with Professor Haiyan Fan from Nazarbayev University, studying water pollution by heavy metals and dyes, and developed a method for producing activated carbon from banana peels.

The Intellectual School in Almaty continues to uphold its reputation in the fields of chemistry and biology, as evidenced by the annual achievements of its students in these subjects. The subject teachers also continue to refine their knowledge and improve their qualifications. In this olympiad, the school won 6 medals in chemistry.
