19 December 2024 16:10

The robotics team "POINT TEAM," consisting of Nazarbayev Intellectual School students Ongarov Ramazan, Nurgali Nurayim, Bekbergen Nazerke, Myrzabek Dinmukhamed, Muslimakhan Eraldy, and Ergesh Aiganim, successfully passed the qualifying rounds and earned a quota for participation in one of the most prestigious international robotics competitions — the First Tech Challenge, which will be held in India.

This achievement was made possible through teamwork, a creative approach, and the high technical preparation of our young engineers.

During the selection phase, the team not only demonstrated their skills in robot construction and programming but also showcased their abilities in teamwork, completing complex tasks, and finding innovative solutions. The team aims to achieve further success by collaborating with students from school #208 in Almaty, developing robots based on new technologies:

— Recently, we achieved significant victories at the FIRST regional championships. At the regional championship in the village of Zhylandy, we earned the title of Winning Alliance Captain. At the regional championship in Mangystau, we won the INSPIRE award. Now, we have earned quotas to participate in the first Central Asia Championship and the FIRST TECH CHALLENGE in India. These accomplishments inspire us to continue research and development in the field of oceanography.
