"Tasty Book" contest in NIS

In the library of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological direction of Almaty city there was held a competition "Taste Book" within the framework of the project ‘100 books’ among the parallel of 8th grades.

The purpose of the traditional contest in the NIS network is to popularise reading, foster reading culture among pupils, and increase interest in books among schoolchildren.

Within the framework of the contest the pupils prepared sweet versions of the books they had chosen, staged excerpts from the works and answered the questions of the test of the project ‘100 books’ in the team game Kahoot.

According to the jury's decision,

I place was taken by 8 "E" Grade,

II place - 8 "C" Grade ,

III place - 8"A" Grade .

In addition, in the nomination ‘The best sweet version of the book’ the award was given to the 8th "K" class, and in the nomination "The best creative performance" - to the 8th "D" class.
