The visit by the Council of International Schools (CIS) team has concluded at NIS Almaty-Nauryzbay

– the CIS team was there to re-accredit the school in accordance with international educational standards. Over the course of the week, the experts attended lessons and extracurricular activities, familiarised themselves with the work of clubs and societies, and spoke with pupils, school staff and parents.

On the final day, the expert panel held a concluding meeting with the school’s management and staff, during which they provided a detailed analysis of the school’s performance and offered recommendations for further improvement.

Particular mention was made of the school’s dynamism, openness to continuous development and innovation, the motivation of the school community, pupils’ keen interest in learning, and the overall school culture.

The experts, emphasising strengths such as teaching and assessment, well-being, teachers’ professional development and international focus, called for a continued commitment to quality education, innovative approaches to teaching, a drive for continuous improvement and the implementation of the recommendations.
