The United Nations Model event served as an intellectual discussion platform aimed at strengthening cooperation among NIS students and discussing pressing global issues facing the modern world. The conference was attended by 250 delegates from 15 Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools across the country, as well as from 15 international and general education schools in Almaty. Participants worked in various UN model committees. The forum lasted two days. At the end of the conference, the best delegates were awarded special nominations, and the committee chairs and their assistants received certificates. MUN IEX 2026 has already established itself as a large-scale student forum and has brought delegates together at NIS Almaty-Nauryzbay for the second time. The conference was organized by the LEGACY MUN CLUB school club under the leadership of Akniet Amantai, a 12th-grade student at NIS Almaty-Nauryzbay.
