Future Teachers in NIS

21 October 2025 15:12

At NIS–Nauryzbay in Almaty, students from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University have begun their teaching practicum.

NIS Deputy Director V.K. Manasheva conducted a seminar titled “Modern Approaches to Teaching,” introducing future educators to the distinctive features of the educational process at the Intellectual School. The students shared their first impressions and spoke about their expectations for the practicum.

Throughout the month, future teachers will attend lessons, master modern teaching methodologies, and learn from experienced mentors. During physics, chemistry, and biology classes, they will conduct laboratory work, applying their theoretical knowledge in practice.

Each student is paired with a subject teacher who provides mentorship and guidance. The teaching practicum helps young educators gain a sense of professional responsibility, develop their pedagogical skills, and unlock their full potential.
