From April 16 to 19, 2025 in Houston (USA) took place the World Robotics Championship FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP - the largest engineering event of the planet, which gathered more than 1000 teams from 110 countries and more than 50 000 participants.

Our country was represented by 6 teams in the FTC category, including the PID team of Almaty NIS Chemical and Biological Engineering.

For the first time in the history of participation of Kazakhstani teams in this championship, the PID team reached the final of its division - Franklin Division and was honored with a high award FINALIST AWARD - 2024-2025 FIRST Championship Franklin Division Finalist!
