"Intellectual Start" for children from rural areas

The regional integrated Olympiad in mathematics and computer science "Intellectual Start" for children from rural areas was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk.
The first stage of the Olympiad was organized in an online format. More than 300 young participants of the Olympiad movement from all districts of the North Kazakhstan region took part in it. According to the results of the selection, the top 100 students were invited to the final offline tour. At the final stage, about 70 students tested their knowledge.
The Olympiad was made possible thanks to the initiative and support of the first director of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk, Kulfarida Raisova. The event was also supported by the KSU "Center for the identification and support of gifted children and talented youth "Kyzylzhar Daryny" KSU "Department of Education of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region". All participants of the final stage received certificates, the winners were awarded with diplomas and cash gifts, and their teachers received letters of thanks.

II place and a prize of 30 thousand tenge Uteuov Madiyar, Enbekshi kazak ortalau mektebi, Magzhan Zhumabayev district
II place and a prize of 30 thousand tenge Sapar Sanzhar, Talshik secondary school, Akzhar district
III place and a prize of 20 thousand tenge Kenzhebolat Nariman, Novoshim secondary school No. 2, Gabit Musrepov district
III place and a prize of 20 thousand tenge Zhakyp Batyrkhan, Chirikovskaya secondary school, Yesilsky district
III place and a prize of 20 thousand tenge Zhaksylyk Shynys, Parasat lyceum school, Kyzylzhar district
In the future, the Olympiad will become an annual event, providing 6th grade students from rural areas with the opportunity to identify and develop their intellectual potential early, as well as prepare for participation in higher-level subject Olympiads.
