For the first time the team of Taraz Intellectual school took part in the race “Shymkent Marathon-2019”. The school was presented by 10 people. Among them, the school principal Talgat Bainazarov, who overcame the distance of 21 km. With the same distance earlier, he overcame marathons in Shymkent and Astana. His next goal is to run a marathon of 42 km, which will be held on April 21 in Almaty.

– I think that our employees have gained invaluable experience and made a great achievement. First of all, they won over themselves, which is much more valuable. We will continue to participate in sports events, attract other employees of our school and promote a healthy lifestyle, – said the principal.

Agree with him head of the physical culture teachers’ methodical association Askar Niyazaliev: – My colleagues have demonstrated the spirit of sportsmanship and incredible endurance in the marathon. All of them successfully passed the planned distance. I run long. But earlier in marathons was not involved. The race ran 10 kilometers, – he said.

Participants of the competition were offered a choice of four distances – 5, 10, 21 and 42 kilometers. The sports event brought together more than 1000 athletes and fans of different ages from all over Kazakhstan and abroad: Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Estonia and other countries. All finishers of the race received medals, diplomas and valuable prizes from organizers. According to their idea, the start-up contributions of the marathon will be directed to charity.
