Research works of students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Taraz won prizes in the republican contest of scientific projects “Daryn”.
Students of the 12th grade Balnur Ibrash and Aruzhan Zhaksylyk, who presented the work “A promising tourist route: Botamoinak-the settlement of Taraz ” in the direction of “Local History”, won silver medals. The work of the researchers was led by the teacher-expert of history Lyubov Isatayeva.
The bronze medal was won by students of the 12th grade Abylai Sydykov and Anelia Abdimalik with the project “System for monitoring indicators of clinical symptoms of COVID-19” in the direction of “Technology”. The inventors conducted their research under the guidance of an teacher expert- a physics Mirlan Dzhusambayev and an IT specialist Maxim Rybalkin.
A student of the 11th grade, Altynai Sauranbayeva, who participated in the competition, was awarded a diploma for her research activity. Thus, the piggy bank of the school’s achievements was replenished with two more medals.
– We started the project on local history thanks to numerous expeditions and hikes in the mountains organized by the school. Given the current situation in the world, it is necessary to develop domestic tourism even more actively. Unfortunately, many people do not know about the existence of amazing places and sacred objects in Kazakhstan, in particular in our region. By studying this project, we have expanded our knowledge not only in history, but also in such subjects as geography, chemistry, biology and computer science, – said silver medalists Balnur and Aruzhan.
