Students of the Massachusetts Institute of technology (USA) are having internship program at the Taraz Intellectual school.
Gabriel Kammer and Rujul Gandhi are successful students of one of the best technical Universities in the world, came to Taraz as part of the MISTI Kazakhstan “Global Teaching Labs” project. They help NIS students to engage in projects and conduct research, with the choice of University and specialty.
The MISTI Kazakhstan “Global Teaching Labs” project is aimed at developing students’ knowledge in the subjects of the natural and mathematical cycle and skills for practical application of theoretical knowledge, comparative thinking and cultural literacy.
Gabriel Kammer is studying mathematics and computer science at MIT, and Rujul Gandhi is studying biology and linguistics. They have prepared a whole program for students of NIS Taraz, which includes tips on entering US universities, elective courses in biology and mathematics, trainings on writing project papers, and seminars for local teachers.
Foreign practitioners have already got acquainted with the school and shared their impressions:
