The leading cardiologist of the region Seitkhan Joshybayev met with the students of Nazarbayev Intellectual school in Taraz.

In the school project “Danalyk beisenbi” students of the Intellectual school met with a Doctor of medical sciences, President of the Association of cardiovascular surgeons of Kazakhstan, Director of Scientific clinical center of cardiac surgery and transplantation in Taraz, academician Seitkhan Joshybayev.

Answering the questions of students, the Professor recalled his childhood, school years, the period of students time, told the students about how he got into the medical sphere.

– As the greatest philosopher Socrates once said, “All professions are from people and only three from God: teacher, doctor and judge.” This is the most responsible profession, they are important not only professionalism but also conscience. Sometimes we witness sad events and are forced to make difficult and ambiguous decisions, – S. Dzhoshybaevich shared.

When the host became interested in how he manages to keep his youth and in his 80 years to look at a maximum of 50, he replied that the reason for his youth in regular sports, namely in gymnastics. Despite his advanced age, he himself carries out all complex operations.

Joshybayev was born and raised in Ryskulov district, Zhambyl region. In 1962 he graduated from the Kyrgyz state medical Institute and worked as a general surgeon in Naryn and Talas (Kyrgyzstan). Today he successfully manages the Center of cardiac surgery and transplantology in Taraz for more than 10 years.

Seitkhan Joshybayev has prepared 9 candidates and 1 doctor of medical sciences. Has 9 patents for inventions and 17 innovations. He published more than 210 scientific works, 2 monographs. In 2014, for saving the lives of many people, S. Dzhoshibayev received the order “Barys” of  II degree from the hands of the President.
