Students of grade 11 of the Nazarbayev Intellectual school in Taraz won 4 gold and 1 silver in the British Distance Olympiad in Physics, organized by the Department of Physics, Oxford University.
The Olympiad in Physics is held annually, bringing together over 1,600 talented young physicists at the same time, and is aimed at identifying the most gifted students in physics from around the world.
– The guys showed very good results, considering that all the stages of the Olympiad took place in English. Next year, we plan to participate again in it and achieve better results, – says the physics teacher, Mirlan Jusambayev.

Beibit Suleimen – gold;
Serikova Zhansaya – silver.
