Today has finished its work a practical seminar for teachers of general education organizations of the Zhambyl region on the topic “Effective teaching methods in the framework of the updated content of education”.
On the second day of the event, teachers of mathematics, computer science, chemistry, Russian and English languages of the Intellectual School shared their experience with 725 teachers of the region.
The seminar provided methodological assistance to teachers on the updated content of education, especially for young professionals, and explained the methods of effective use of CLIL and IT technologies. The event was held in the format of an interactive exchange of views. Teachers asked questions on topics, freely discussed, and worked together to solve different situations.
Thus, the chemistry teachers of the Intellectual School of Taraz Stanislav Kotov and Sergey Zhevnitsky called on the participants to jointly conduct a study on the effective use of the CLIL method in the classroom, and the educational platforms proposed by the computer science teachers Balzhan Duisekeeva and Akniet Sarsenbek aroused great interest among the audience.
The two-day event was attended by more than 1,200 teachers of the region. At the end of the seminar was conducted a questionnaire, during which the voiced proposals and the main questions of the participants were taken into account. Also, during the feedback, the teachers of the region made suggestions for further systematic implementation of activities in this direction.
In Taraz NIS was organized a series of methodological sections for teachers together with NU, which aims to improve the quality of publications and research of teachers in journals with a high impact factor.
